I spend most of my time leading growth and marketing internally. Along the way, I’ve found there’s a recurring set of performance and measurement problems that come up across different companies.

Attribution Reality Check
Where Shopify, GA4, and ad platforms disagree—and what that means for your decisions. I’ll highlight which numbers to trust in which situations.
Tracking & Data Integrity Checklist
A prioritized list of what needs to be fixed across pixels, conversion events, and UTMs so your reporting doesn’t slowly drift out of reality.
30/60/90-Day Testing Roadmap
Concrete tests across channels, offers, and landing pages—each tied back to a specific scorecard metric (MER, CAC, AOV, payback, etc.).
This is a fixed-fee engagement (typically $2k–$7k depending on complexity and channel mix).
90-Day Measurement Reset Sprint
Goal: Turn the audit into a working system your team can actually use.
Over 90 days, we’ll:
- Implement the core tracking fixes (or guide your team/agency to do it)
- Stand up or refine your Growth Scorecard (Looker Studio / Sheets / Notion)
- Align on definitions with marketing + finance (so CAC, MER, and payback mean the same thing to everyone)
- Run 1–2 incrementality-minded tests (e.g., retargeting, branded search, or key audiences)
- Build a simple monthly review cadence your team can keep running
At the end, you’ll have a usable “profit & measurement OS”, not just a pretty dashboard.
Ongoing Measurement & Growth Steering
Goal: Keep the numbers honest and use them to steer growth decisions—without me managing campaigns day-to-day.
Every month, I’ll:
Run data integrity QA
Check key conversion events, UTMs, revenue alignment, and explain any weird swings before they turn into bad decisions.
Own the Growth Scorecard & Executive Readout
A narrative summary of what changed, why, and what we should do about it—across channels, offers, and funnel stages.
Design and evaluate tests
Help you prioritize and design tests (creative themes, offers, landing pages, channel mix) and then interpret results using blended, business-level metrics.
Provide budget allocation recommendations
Suggest where to lean in, where to hold, and where to pull back based on profitability, not just platform-reported ROAS.
In scope:
- Strategy, scorecard, test design, and interpretation
- Monthly performance narrative and recommendations
- Collaboration with your media buyers, agency, or internal team
Out of scope:
- Building and launching campaigns
- Daily bid/budget tweaks
- Creative production or landing page development
You keep your existing execution muscle; I help you aim at the right targets.
How Engagements Typically Flow
Fit Call (30 minutes)
We walk through your current stack, spend, goals, and pain points. If I don’t think I can materially help, I’ll tell you.
Audit (2–4 weeks)
I get read-only access to Shopify, analytics, and ad platforms, then deliver the Profit & Measurement Audit and 30/60/90 roadmap.
(Optional) 90-Day Reset Sprint
We implement the most important fixes, stand up the scorecard, and run the first few tests.
Ongoing Advisory
Monthly retainer focused on measurement guardrails and growth steering. Weekly or bi-weekly working sessions, async Loom updates as needed, and a monthly executive summary.
